Ready-to-wear orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.

Custom, made-to-measure, or specially tailored orders follow the production timeline communicated at the time of purchase, typically between 1–2 weeks depending on the design and customization requirements.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

We ship across India through trusted logistics and courier services. The most suitable shipping partner is automatically assigned by Nakshara Couture based on the delivery location and service availability to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping is available on prepaid domestic orders above ₹1,500 unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.

International orders are generally delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are entered correctly during checkout.

Nakshara Couture cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, any applicable re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Address modification requests can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times before returning a shipment to our warehouse.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Each order can be shipped to a single delivery address only.

If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed for each destination.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide a complete residential or business address for successful delivery.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
